Overview

A one-page rate sheet of Brampton's residential development charges per unit, shown after reductions under the Development Charge Reduction Program. Columns run from single and semi-detached homes and rows to large and small apartments and condominium apartments of five or more storeys. Each column stacks the City rate, the 50 and 65 per cent reductions, the Region of Peel hard and soft services and the Peel and Dufferin-Peel school board charges to a grand total. The companion sheet covers non-residential uses.
