A one-page rate sheet of Brampton's non-residential development charges per square metre as of August 1, 2026. Three columns, industrial, non-industrial and non-office, and major office, set the City rate beside the Region of Peel rate and the two school board charges, then a grand total. Notes cover the Major Office Exemption, indexing each February and August by the Statistics Canada construction price index, and the cash-in-lieu of parkland amount. It pairs with the residential sheet.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
