Form C-2 in the City of Brampton's financial contribution series, the one for demolition of a building or site — where Form C-1 covers a change of use. It gives the address of the building being demolished, its previous use, the demolition permit number and the date of demolition, and verifies the previous building's floor area with its five deductible areas. Residential dwelling units being demolished are counted as single detached, semi, row, large apartment or small apartment. Proof of demolition supports a development charges credit.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
