City of Brampton By-law 283-2013, cited in its own text as the Brampton Parkland Dedication By-law, 2013, enacted under sections 42, 51.1 and 53 of the Planning Act to replace By-law 41-2000. It sets conveyance at five per cent, or one hectare per 300 dwelling units, for residential land and two per cent for commercial, industrial or institutional land, then cash-in-lieu and its timing, credits for previous conveyances, phased development, agreements and exemptions, and a reduced-value transition period ending October 24, 2014. By-law 242-2022, also held here, later repealed it.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
