An eight-page question-and-answer document from Brampton on its Development Charge Reduction Program, the 50 per cent and 65 per cent reductions of the City's residential development charges enacted in 2026. Thirty numbered questions are grouped in five lettered parts: overview, eligibility and amount of relief, rates and calculation with a table of March 30, 2026 City rates, timing, permits and occupancy, and application, confirmation and refunds. It explains how the program relates to the Purpose-Built Rental stream.
