Overview

The City of Brampton's one-page urban design submission list for a custom home review, the custom home counterpart to its garden suites review sheet. It names seven items, one digital copy each: site plan, all building elevations, all floor plans, roof plan, grading and servicing plan, registered owner's authorization, and one of colour rendered elevations, 3D renderings or a finishing material sample board. Notes cover drawing conventions, conformity with Chapter 7 of the City-wide Development Design Guidelines, and trees over 30 cm DBH.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
