A one-page worksheet the City of Brampton links from its industrial, commercial and institutional projects page, used to set out the parking a multi-unit property provides. It heads with the date, applicant name and street address, then takes a row per unit: building and unit number, company name, type of business and area of unit in square metres, with a worked example row reading Al's Pizza, restaurant, 150. The total number of parking spaces provided closes the sheet, beside the City's personal information collection statement.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
