Appendix 6 of the Professional Engineers Ontario guideline on general review, distributed by the City of Brampton as the sample engineer's report alongside its sample architect's report. Printed on the engineering firm's letterhead and addressed to the Chief Building Official, the template records the project, the building permit number and the firm's file number, then sets out the engineer's opinion that periodic site reviews of structural, mechanical and electrical work found the work in general conformity with the sealed drawings, followed by a list of outstanding deficiencies.
