Overview
A sample Final General Review Report the City of Brampton posts on its small business and ICI and high-rise residential inspection pages, beside its sample engineer's report. Laid out for the reviewing firm's letterhead, its header block carries the project name and number, location, report number, date and building permit number, a space for the professional seal and signature, and a distribution list naming the client and the Chief Building Official. Four numbered sections follow: confirmation of review, building occupancy, exceptions, and attachments.
