Overview

A three-page form reproduced from NFPA 13, Installation of Sprinkler Systems (2007 Edition, Figure 24.1), which Brampton links from its small business and ICI and high-rise residential inspection pages. A sprinkler contractor and the property owner or agent record the plans, instructions, sprinklers, pipe and fittings, alarm valve and dry pipe operating test, deluge and pressure reducing valve tests, hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, welding, hydraulic data nameplate and signatures. It is a National Fire Protection Association document, not a City form.
