Overview

The mandatory inspection sequence for a garden suite, one of six City of Brampton sheets reproducing what is printed on the back of a permit card, and the detached counterpart to the two and three unit dwelling sheets for additional residential units. Five steps run from start of construction and footings through water service, outside sewers, perimeter insulation, backfill and weeping tile connection, drain waste and vents, inside drains, HVAC rough-in, exterior insulation, structural framing, fire separation, insulation and air barrier, exposed floor insulation, to occupancy and final inspection.
