The City of Brampton's Schedule 1, used once for each individual who reviews and takes responsibility for design activities on a project. It records that individual's firm and contact details, the design activities undertaken under Building Code Table 3.5.2.1. of Division C — house, small, large and complex buildings, HVAC, plumbing, building structural, building services, detection, lighting and power, fire protection and on-site sewage systems — and a declaration of firm registration, qualification as an other designer, or exemption, with individual and firm BCINs.
