The City of Brampton Building Division's package for the demolition of non-residential buildings, bundling the requirements sheet with Schedule 1: Designer Information and the applicable law checklist. The sheet lists the site plan or plan of survey items, quotes Division C sentences 1.2.2.3.(1) and 1.3.1.1.(3) of the Building Code on general review and structural design descriptions, and gives the $668.04 fee, or $2004.10 for demolition by implosion. A second sheet covers large and complex buildings: designated substance survey, WHMIS products, Regulation 347 waste and final grading.
