A City of Brampton by-law amending Comprehensive Zoning By-law 270-2004, published on the city's driveways page. It adds a definition of permeable residential landscaping, replaces the residential driveway section with maximum widths graded by lot width from 4.9 to 9.14 metres, and sets tighter widths inside the mature neighbourhood driveway regulation area. Further clauses cover tapering near a garage opening, hammerheads, semi-circular driveways, walkway measurement and minimum 0.6 metre permeable strips along side lot lines, and add Schedule J-1 mapping the area.

What it covers

  • Schedule J-1: Mature Neighbourhood - Driveway Regulation Area
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
