The City of Brampton's guide for buyers of homes in new subdivisions, headed New Home Construction. It separates developer responsibilities, from the subdivision agreement, roads and services to stormwater ponds, architectural control guidelines and the control architect, from builder responsibilities for permits, grading and sodding. Later sections describe subdivision assumption three to five years after registration, driveway paving and widening, boulevard trees, lot grading certification before a pool or shed, the eleven inspection stages, Tarion warranty coverage and civic addressing, with a contact list.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
