The City of Brampton's irrevocable standby letter of credit template for a fill permit, naming the grading of lands under a Fill Permit as the obligation secured. It sets the aggregate amount available on demand, reductions by written notice, partial drawings, and a one-year term renewed automatically unless thirty days' notice is given. A note to the signing officer cites the Letters of Credit Corporate Policy and lists the accepted Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 banks. Companion templates cover site plans, subdivisions, pre-servicing and development charges.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
