The City of Brampton's one-page Topsoil Stripping/Fill/Grading Permit Application from Public Works & Engineering at the Williams Parkway Operations Centre, linked as Fill/Grading Permit on the City's Applications page. It records owner and contractor contacts, proposed start and end dates, and a description of work with a sketch, beside its fees: $50.00 residential fill or grading, $125.00 fill on other property, $500.00 plus $25.00 per hectare for topsoil removal. Seven agreement clauses cite By-law 143-95, the by-law Site Alteration By-law 119-2024 later repealed.
