The City of Brampton Public Works & Engineering Department's certificate of insurance for a Road Occupancy Permit, revised January 2025, completed and signed by the insured's broker, and the only form on which the City accepts proof of liability insurance. It certifies commercial general liability of at least $3,000,000 per occurrence for servicing and works under a site plan agreement and motor vehicle liability of at least $1,000,000, names Brampton and the Regional Municipality of Peel as additional insureds, and sets minimum insurer ratings and thirty days' notice of cancellation.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
