Overview

A summary report prepared by the Architectural Conservancy of Ontario with the Heritage Resources Centre at the University of Waterloo, dated May 2009 and linked from the City of Brampton's heritage pages. It examines 27 heritage conservation districts across Ontario, including Brampton's Churchville, through resident surveys, townscape surveys, real estate data and stakeholder interviews. Its 83 pages cover whether district goals were met, resident satisfaction, alterations and property values, with conclusions, recommendations and appendices. It is a provincial study, not a Brampton plan.
