The City of Hamilton Growth Management Division's checklist of what a site alteration permit application contains under By-law 19-286, with a box beside each item. The general list runs from the site's address, area, owners and uses, through soil volume and dates, to a control plan by a licensed surveyor, professional engineer or professional geoscientist showing contours, structures, infrastructure, watercourses, wetlands, conservation authority boundaries and trees of 150 mm or more. Shorter lists follow for normal farm practice and minor agricultural proposals of up to 500 cubic metres.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
