The City of Hamilton Growth Management Division's checklist for a swimming pool enclosure application that has triggered a grading review — the lot grading counterpart to the Building Division's enclosure checklist. It sets out the drawing content a landscape professional or pool contractor shows: north arrow, property lines and lot width, dwelling and accessory structures, pool size, shape, height above grade and setbacks, easements, catch basins and swales, drainage patterns and discharge point, retaining wall elevations, and grades tied to a control point such as the back door sill.

  • Sample Drawing for Submission
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it. DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
