The City of Hamilton's declaration used where a development pays city development charges in six annual instalments starting at occupancy rather than at permit issuance, under section 26.1 of the Development Charges Act. It records the applicant, the development's address and building permit number, and which eligible type applies — rental, or institutional covering long-term care, retirement homes, post-secondary institutions, Royal Canadian Legion premises and hospices. It notes the interest basis, carries an alternative declaration for owners filing no evidence of intended use, and names the city's DC Request Team.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
