Overview

The City of Hamilton's fill-in Word template for a by-law amending Zoning By-law No. 6593, the former City of Hamilton's zoning by-law, which the City of Hamilton Act, 1999 keeps in force. Its recitals reach back to the by-law's enactment on 25 July 1950 and Ontario Land Tribunal approval on 7 December 1951, the oldest of the seven templates. Its clauses amend a numbered Sheet rather than a Schedule map, rezone lands to a Modified zone, and add “notwithstanding” and “in addition to” special requirements.
