The City of Hamilton Planning Division's information package and applicant checklist for a zoning compliance review, an application completed by its Zoning Review Section. It explains the six purposes of a review, from an applicable law review and clearance of Committee of Adjustment conditions to reviews ahead of site plan, zoning by-law amendment, minor variance and building permit applications, and what comes back: a Zoning Compliance Letter and stamped, signed drawings. It explains minor variances and lists the plans and documents for each path.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
