The City of Kitchener Planning and Housing Policy Division's one-page Application for Letter of Zoning Compliance and Building Permit Information. It collects applicant information, the subject property's address, assessment roll number and legal description, and the requested use. A fee table lists regular and express residential and other-use letters, amendments and special information letters, with payment methods. It is the form for the letter described on Kitchener's zoning compliance page.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
