The Kitchener Fire Department's File Search Application Form, a one-page form asking the Department to search its property file and issue a written report. It records the property address, current owner, on-site contact and building use, then a shorter life safety table covering fire alarms, smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms for residential properties. It closes with the owner's certification, two authorization-to-release sections and the file search fees. It is a Fire Department form, separate from building permit forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
