Overview

The City of Kitchener Building Division's two-page application to install a new or modified outdoor patio. It records the patio site address and business, applicant and owner contact details, and patio information such as size, location, alcohol licensing, public or private property, other structures, site alterations and portable heating. Further parts count tables and seats and the public and staff washroom fixtures, then a declaration of owner referring to the patio guidelines. It is the application that goes with Kitchener's Patio Guidelines.

What it covers

  • Applicants contact information
  • Owner contact information (if different from applicant)
  • Outdoor patio information
  • Tables and seating
  • Current public washrooms
  • Current staff washrooms (if applicable)
  • Declaration of owner
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.
