Overview

The City of Kitchener Building Division's one-page Tent Information Form, which accompanies a tent permit application. It records the event address and date, the number and size of tents over 60 square metres, assembly and disassembly dates, hours of operation, occupant load, fenced areas and exits, bleachers and sidewalls, and washroom fixture counts for larger tents. It closes with a signature line for the event organizer or owner. It sits with the City's other tent and temporary structure forms.

Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
