The City of London's 2021 Development Charges Background Study Update, council approved in October 2020 and published by the City's Development Finance group as a 196-page study. It sets out the Development Charges Act and policy context, growth forecasts, the calculation of the development charge rates and summaries of those rates, followed by appendices for each service: fire, police, library, parks and recreation, transit, waste diversion, roads, wastewater, stormwater and water distribution. It is the background to the City's Development Charges By-law.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
