The City of London's Development Charge Claimable Works Guidelines, revised January 1, 2022, an eleven-page guide from the City's Development Finance group for owners and their engineering consultants. It describes the claimable works process from initial consultation through work plan approval to payment of a claim, with sections on subdivisions, site plans, work plan contents, contingency, addenda and tendering, and appendices of forms. It is written to be read alongside the City's Development Charges By-law.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
