The City of London's Application for Consent under Section 53 of the Planning Act, an eleven-page package from Planning and Development. Its instructions cover when a consent is dealt with, the steps in the process from consultation to the final and binding decision, and the appeal and validity notes. The form then collects concurrent applications, requirements for a complete application, applicant information and the property details. It links to Schedule APP-1 (the Zoning Referral Record) and Schedule APP-2 (fees).
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
