The City of London's Planning and Development package for a minor variance or permission under section 45 of the Planning Act, heard by the Committee of Adjustment. It opens with a detachable guide to the eight steps from the zoning referral record to a final and binding decision, then the application form with its list of concurrent applications and items for a complete application. It sits beside London's consent, site plan and zoning amendment applications.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
