The City of London's Planning and Development application for an Official Plan amendment under section 22 of the Planning Act. A detachable instruction sheet sets out eleven steps from pre-application consultation to the appeal period. The form follows with a list of concurrent applications, the items for a complete application and numbered questions on the applicant, the land and its area. It pairs with London's combined Official Plan and zoning form and its pre-application proposal summary guideline.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
