The City of London's Planning and Development combined application for an Official Plan amendment and a Zoning By-law amendment, made together under sections 22 and 34 of the Planning Act. A detachable instruction sheet sets out the steps. The form follows with concurrent applications, the items for a complete application and numbered questions starting with applicant information. It is the single-form alternative to London's separate Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment applications.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
