The City of London's program guidelines for the Dollars to Doors Affordable Units Program, effective February 11, 2025, a seven-page package issued by the City under its Affordable Housing Community Improvement Plan. It gives definitions, the program purpose, eligible works, terms and conditions, eligibility criteria and an application process with staged payments, followed by sections on refusal and appeal, monitoring, the loan, security and transferable loans. It describes forgivable loans for new affordable rental housing units and sits apart from the City's building permit forms.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
