The City of London's program guidelines for the Highly Supportive Housing Program, effective February 11, 2025, a seven-page package issued by the City under its Affordable Housing Community Improvement Plan. It gives definitions, the program purpose, eligible and ineligible works, terms and conditions, eligibility considerations and an application process with staged payments, then sections on refusal and appeal, monitoring, security, the loan agreement and transferable loans. It describes forgivable loans for highly supportive rental housing units and follows the City's Highly Supportive Housing Plan.
