Overview

The City of London's Subdivision or Condominium Consultation Process, a Path 2 Approval guideline published by the City. It explains the Consultation Form that opens pre-consultation, how the City reviews it before the Proposal Review Meeting, and the six-week process to a Record of Consultation. It then walks through each numbered section of the form, from the request for consultation to development proposal and existing conditions, with the secondary plans and studies it lists. It precedes the draft approval guideline.
