Overview

The City of London's two-page Request for Site Plan Consultation, the first form in site plan approval. It collects owner, applicant and agent details, property information and the proposed development, then asks how the proposal addresses Provincial policy, the Official Plan and design guidelines, and sets out assumptions for servicing the site. A page of attachment notes describes the concept site plan, concept elevations and the consultation fee, and the file includes a Zoning Data Sheet example.

What it covers

  • Applicant information
  • Property information
  • Property/Proposed development
  • Context for Site Plan within Provincial, City and neighbourhood policies
  • Assumptions for servicing the site
  • Attachments
  • Zoning Data Table (in metric)
  • Other questions or suggestions
  • For City of London use only

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
