Overview

The City of London's 2026 fee calculator for a site plan approval application, a one-page fillable sheet. It sets out the base fee of $1,600.00, or $1,200.00 for amendments to an existing site plan, a variable fee per residential unit for proposals of six or more units or per square metre of non-residential gross floor area, and a fire route fee. A consultation fee is subtracted to give the total due. It accompanies the Site Plan Approval Application.
