Overview

The City of Markham's 2022 development charge by-laws, passed May 31, 2022 under the Development Charges Act, 1997 on the Hemson Consulting background study of May 2022. By-law 2022-49 sets city-wide hard services charges and 2022-50 city-wide soft services charges; 2022-51 to 2022-72 set area-specific charges per net hectare, from the Yonge Steeles Corridor to the Future Urban Area blocks, with amending By-law 2026-99 for Robinson Glen, Area 50A-2.
