The Town of Milton's one-page Application for Certificate of Occupancy (Zoning) from the Planning & Development Department's Building Division. It carries a collection notice citing Zoning By-law 144-2003, then property owner, tenant and agent fields, correspondence preference, property location, the proposed and existing business operation and total area occupied, and a solemn declaration with signature. An office-use block records the zoning designation and certification. It is the application that goes with the Town's Certificate of Occupancy guidelines.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
