Overview

The Town of Milton's one-page Development Charge Rebate Program summary, approved under CORS-028-21. It states the program's purpose of incentivising agricultural tourism buildings on bona fide farms and museums, defines both terms, and tables the grant at 100% of the Town portion of development charges payable up to a $40,000 cumulative maximum per property. It excludes Region and school board charges and gives the Development Finance contact. Its application form is a separate Town document.
