Overview

The three-page Non-Residential Development Charges (DC) Information Form shared by the Region of Halton, the Town of Milton and the school boards, dated September 2022. An applicant section records the site, building occupants, and new development, redevelopment, conversion and demolition floor areas by use, with exemption categories and agreement requests. Office-use sections confirm development information and calculate the regional, local and education charges. Definitions from Regional By-law 25-22 follow. It is the non-residential counterpart of the Town's Residential Development Charge Form.
