Overview

A one-page Town of Milton worksheet for sizing the water service pipe of residential buildings with one or two dwelling units under Part 9, issued May 2016 and revised May 2017. Part 1 is a fixture-unit table for baths, sinks, toilets, hose bibs and similar fixtures; Part 2 matches the total hydraulic load to a pipe size for PEX and copper at stated velocities. It also provides lines for existing plumbing conditions and the proposed pipe size, with name, BCIN and signature.

What it covers

  • Part 1 – Hydraulic Load (fixture unit) Calculation
  • Existing Plumbing Conditions (if applicable)
  • Part 2 – Sizing of Water Service Pipe
Check this against the municipality before you rely on it.

DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
