Overview

A one-page standard form, endorsed by the Ontario Association of Architects, Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Building Officials Association, that the Town of Milton posts with its building permit forms. Part A is the owner's commitment to retain architects and professional engineers for general review of construction or demolition; Part B is the declaration of each architect or engineer by discipline, with space for several firms. It sits beside the permit application and its designer schedules.
