Overview

A two-page City of Mississauga ePlans help sheet, headed Add View Only User and dated 2023/02/08, on inviting another person to view a project in the City's online permit portal. A boxed note explains that users can be added only while the applicant holds a task, that the Owner-Associates group grants view-only privileges, and that invited users cannot upload, pay fees or complete tasks. Five illustrated steps cover opening the task, the Add User to Owner Group tab and the Invite User button; the invitee then receives an email.
