A seven-page package the City of Mississauga publishes on its when-a-building-permit page. The opening note sets out the Ontario Building Code exemption for tents under 60 m2 in aggregate ground area, unattached and more than 3 m from other structures, Zoning By-law 0225-2007's 14 consecutive day and 28 day annual limits, the eplans upload list, and worked examples of when a field review by a professional engineer applies. It then carries the EABO Commitment to General Reviews form, a fillable temporary tent letter of use, and Building Code subsection 3.14.1.
DocHub collects what a municipality published; it cannot tell you what is in force today. A newer version may exist, may be titled differently, or may not be posted publicly at all.
