Overview

The EABO standard commitment to general reviews, endorsed by the OAA, PEO and the Ontario Building Officials Association and distributed by the City of Mississauga from its building documents and forms page. Part A is the owner's undertaking: that the named architect and professional engineers have been retained to review construction against the permit drawings, that their reports go promptly to the Chief Building Official, and that a replacement is appointed if one steps away. Part B carries each consultant's certification, with boxes for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical.
