A one-page zoning sheet the City of Mississauga publishes among its building documents and forms, paired with the companion established grade sheet. It prints Zoning By-law 225-2007's definition of average grade — the average of eight grade elevations, six taken along the side lot lines and two at the centreline of the street — and where each pair is taken, at the front lot line, at the minimum front yard setback, 15.0 m back from those, and at the street centreline. A worked example totals 791.20 for an average grade of 98.90.
