City of Mississauga Zoning By-law 225-2007

A one-page zoning information sheet the City of Mississauga publishes on its decks, porches and balconies page, alongside the companion sheet on decks. Under Zoning By-law 225-2007 it prints the by-law definitions of porch, deck and lot coverage, then articles 4.1.5.1 and 4.1.5.2: a maximum 1.6 m encroachment into a required front or exterior side yard, and 5.0 m into a required rear yard with a 1.5 m setback to the rear lot line. A two-storey detached dwelling diagram carries the symbols and the notes on greenbelt setbacks.
